SHIPPING RATES:

U.S Orders

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS $65+ USD.

USPS (5-8 Business Days): $6.99 USD

CANADA Orders

FREE CANADA SHIPPING: $250+ USD

USPS (15-25 Business Days): $25.00 USD 

International Orders:

USPS: Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. 

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders process within 3-5 Business Days.

Orders placed with Express Shipping must be received by 2pm CST in order to ship same Business Day. If received later, they will ship the next Business Days. 

International Orders ship within 3-5 Business Days.

These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to Pre Order items. During sales or promotions, we may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase of order volume.

We may experience weather related delays. Such delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes provided at checkout.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed.

DUTIES AND TAXES:

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

LOST/STOLEN:

Shop Sydney Sue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Shop Sydney Sue is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
